Our People
James Bartys - Sales Director
What James lacks in height, he more than makes up for in stature, having amassed the market-leading high volume insert programme for which we are famed. Whilst his knowledge of commercial inserts is extensive - believing the human brain to have a fixed capacity to store information - he prefers not to waste any of his 'knowledge-space' on foreign food, fashion, modern music and animals in general (..."A goat's a male sheep isn't it?"). Rather he prefers to focus on making our clients happy ... and if you talk to any of them, you'll see it's a strategy that consistently delivers.
Amelia Neat - Insert Sales Manager
With over 14 years sales experience, Amelia is first class at building client relationships (with or without alcohol), and is accustomed to over-performing against sales targets. Probably the most fashionable person in the world, Amy sees the vast majority of the inserts on the open market in the umpteen daily parcels she signs for. In fact, her impressive sales performance is eclipsed only by her even more impressive shoe collection!
Kelly Upton - Sales Support Manager
When Kelly joined the Media Sales Support team in 1999, The Backstreet Boys were enjoying their first UK number 1 hit with 'I Want It That Way' - particularly apt given she is responsible for ensuring our millions of monthly inserts are packed to spec and delivered to schedule. You don't work for 12 years on the UK's biggest insert programme without learning a thing or two, and so our clients and advertisers all sleep soundly at night, safe in the knowledge that their inserts are under Kelly's rigorous stewardship.
Trisha Moffett - Sales Support Executive
Trisha has inherited Kelly's passion for detail and is a crucial cog in our insert wheel. She eats excel spreadsheets for breakfast and ts and cs for lunch - which might account for her nimble frame. Much admired for her efficient, no-nonsense approach; if you're a fool, Trisha won't suffer you gladly.
Michael Jenkins - Sales Executive
Michael's a big fan of the double air-kiss, hence his desire to return to media sales from the barren wastelands of IT. He also likes, in no particular order, Millie Vanilli, oscillating fans, Swindon Town FC, Guitar Hero, Columbo, helping drunken women navigate the highways and byways of London, pointing to the moon when dancing and Breton sailor shirts. He's an easy-going chap, hence the publication of this slightly tongue-in-cheek bio, but one who's sufficently motivated to do a fantastic job for our clients and advertisers and consistently smash his sales targets.
